As Mom stabilized and the COVID hospitalizations declined, we did what any red blooded, free spirited souls would do, we played.

Finally, after two COVID reschedules, Captain's high school class had their 50th reunion. Yes, it was a three day affair. These folks love to party!

A number of Captain's high school friends have returned to College Station in retirement. There are only two reasons we would consider following suit, our wonderful friends and HEB groceries. As much as we love our friends and HEB, the high cost of living, the relentless wind spreading dreadful pollen, gray winters, extremely hot humid summers and heavy, erratic traffic keeps us in our small Kentucky town where our friends are just as wonderful. Glad to be home!
